Exchange & Cancellation Policy – WORLD OF WATCHES
Please Note:
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are available only under specific conditions.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a request.
Exchange Eligibility
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or find missing accessories, please notify our support team within 24 hours of receiving your package.
To initiate an exchange, kindly provide:
Original invoice
Warranty card
All original documentation and packaging
Unboxing video clearly showing the package opening
Product in unused, original condition — no scratches, dents, or marks
Watch box and tags intact, with no alterations or adjustments made to the watch
Note:
Smartwatches are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products
Notify our customer team within 2 days if you receive a damaged or defective product.
If the outer delivery box appears completely damaged, please refuse delivery and inform our customer care team immediately.
If a damaged shipment box is accepted by the customer, all associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting these costs.
Barcode tags must remain intact and unaltered. Any tampering will void the exchange request.
Missing Products
To claim missing items, you must record a complete unboxing video showing:
The shipping label
All four sides of the box
No cuts or edits
Claims made without valid video proof will not be accepted.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, the customer will bear additional shipping or reshipping charges, even if the original order included free shipping.
If your order is returned to us as undelivered, our team will contact you via email and phone to initiate the refund process.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been shipped.

Company Cancellation
WORLD OF WATCHES reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
Quantity limitations
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Other unforeseen issues
In such cases, you will be informed via email or phone.
Please Note:
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or refused upon delivery, a deduction of 5% of the billed value* will be applied before issuing any refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange, unless received damaged or defective.
For damaged/defective items, initiate an exchange request within 24 hours by sharing:
Unboxing video
Product photos
Via our Exchange Request Page
Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup.
The courier team will attempt collection twice; thereafter, the customer must return the item securely packed in tamper-proof packaging.
Exchange approval takes approximately 7 business days after quality inspection.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days post quality verification.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
